ACS Methodology v3.2 — Scores are computed under the Architecture Compliance Standard, a 22-question weighted rubric covering five compliance layers (L1 Regulatory, L2 Data, L3 AI Transparency, L4 Contractual, L5 Operational).
ACS formula: (Σ effective_score × weight) / (Σ weight × 5) × 10. Four safeguards apply: S1 evidence cap, S2 critical clause floor, S3 sparse-evidence cap at 6.0, S4 Q21 bonus. Hard filters HF1–HF5 may render a tool FitScore-ineligible regardless of ACS score.
